This structure consists of a substantial remodeling of an existing ranch-style house and an addition to a master suite wing. The overarching goal of the project was to create simple and serene spaces that were cohesive and functional. The existing structure will house all public and guest areas while the east quadrant of the property would accommodate a new two-story addition. Downstairs, the principal bedroom suite, and upstairs an artist loft and meditation space.
